Tick and Run
Quick trip to Hatfield Forest earlier today - had to drop middle child off at Cambridge and it was on the way back. Target - Silver-washed Fritillary. A kind of bird butterfly. The run part is that the Franklin's Gull has turned up in Staffordshire again so I am gathering my stuff together and heading out ASAP. Oh, and I found a Common Sandpiper on Alex this morning. Mega status declining rapidly....
